Clients should allow sufficient time to promote their practice opportunity in order to attract the most promising candidates and ensure the highest probability of mutual success.
Typical projects require an average of six months to a year, with weighted efforts put forth during the initial “SEARCH PHASE” in order to identify the most promising prospects through personal interviews, as well as during the final “CLOSING PHASE” in order to provide time for negotiations and closing between parties.
