Candidates should allow ample time to plan their search
for practice location with an ASPS member to make
the very best choice and Clients should allow sufficient
time to promote their practice opportunity to attract
the most promising candidates for the highest probability
of mutual success between parties.
Typical "turnkey" projects require an average
of six months with weighted efforts put forth during
the initial (90) days "SEARCH PHASE" to
identify mutual prospects and a gradual lessening
of time during the second (90) days "CLOSING
PHASE" between parties through personal interviews,
negotiations and contracting.
